• Account Data. Email address, username, age group, and skill level profile details.
• User Content (Video Uploads). To provide our core AI video feedback feature, we collect, process, and analyze the soccer training and match video clips you choose to upload to the App.
• Performance and Activity Data. Drills completed, weekly XP, streaks, levels, goals, and assists.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Analyze your uploaded videos using our AI models to provide training feedback.
• Generate and adapt your personalized weekly training schedules.
• Track your training stats, levels, and progress.

3. Data Storage, Protection, and Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your account data and uploaded video files. Videos are stored securely on our cloud servers solely for the purpose of rendering your performance history and coaching insights.

4. Account and Data Deletion (App Store Compliance)

You retain full control over your personal information and media content.

In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and remove all associated data, including all uploaded training videos and history, directly inside the App's settings menu.

Web Request: Alternatively, you can request full account purge by submitting a message via our contact form at ballrlab.com or emailing support@ballrlab.com.

Data Removal Timeline: Upon account deletion, all personal data, video content, and stat histories are permanently and irreversibly scrubbed from our active servers within 30 days.
