Welcome to BALLR! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BALLR mobile application (the "App") and the website ballrlab.com

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. User Content & Video Uploads

* You retain all ownership rights to the soccer videos and clips you upload to BALLR.

* By uploading content, you grant BALLR a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and display the video back to you to deliver our AI coaching feedback.

* You promise that you have the right to upload the video and that it does not infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to upload illegal, violent, or non-sport-related video content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI video feedback processing software.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

BALLR provides athletic training insights and fitness suggestions on an "AS IS" basis. The AI feedback is intended for informational and skill-building purposes. Always practice drills safely, use proper equipment, and consult a medical professional before starting any intensive physical fitness or nutrition regimen.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
